Capitol LLC - Litigation Support Services

Capitol LLC has rapidly become one of the premiere full-service litigation support providers in the United States. Capitol's top priority is to provide the "best quality" litigation support solutions available in the industry. In order to accomplish this objective, we actively recruited some of the most talented people in the litigation support industry (technical analysts, programmers, imaging managers, project managers and sales professionals). In addition, we actively researched applications, utilities and process methodologies to come up with a "best of breed" approach to all of our service offerings with quality and efficiency as the end result.

We separated our business operations into two distinct divisions. The first division is our "Digital Services Division", which encompasses services such as: imaging, coding, OCR, E-Discovery, Digital Printing,.php-Web Hosting and software sales/consulting. The second division is our "Photocopy Services Division" which encompasses all traditional reprographics services such as: copying, trial exhibit boards, oversize duplication, color copying, binding, and microfilming.

We now have a high capacity domestic coding facility based in Houston, Texas. Capitol established the Houston "National Domestic Production" facility to handle coding services for our facilities nationwide. The coding facility resides in a 6,000 sq. ft space in the ChevronTexaco Tower, a secure building with controlled access. The facility can accommodate up to 150 document coders. In addition, we have multiple offshore coding partners to meet the needs of clients from every geographical region of the country with projects where cost and time require offshore as the preferred solution.

At Capitol our commitment is to do it right the first time! We have centralized certain critical services to ensure consistent quality, while deploying standard protocols and systems for imaging services that provide our clients with the most comprehensive coverage in the industry. Lastly, our systems and protocols are mobile, thus our image capture services can be deployed to any location in the United States in a 24-hour period.
