Digital Printing

Capitol can print files with extensions including, but not limited to: .awd, .bmp, .dcx, .doc, .dot, .gif, .htm, .shtml, .jpeg, .jpg, .pcx, .pdf, .pps, .ppt, .rtf, .tif, .wk1, .wk3, .wk4, .wpd, .xif, .xls, .xlw.

These file types are also supported in the .zip format.

MS Outlook and Outlook Express files will be printed in chronological order with attachments, if they are supported file formats. Attachments will be printed following the host email. Personal Folders (.PST files) from MS Outlook are desirable and produce the best result. Netscape and Eudora files are also supported.

Colored sheets (insert sheets) with the file information will be printed and inserted as file breaks. For Outlook and Outlook Express files, the insert sheets will list Location, From, Subject, Received, attachment number, and file type.

All files that can be opened in .doc format will be printed in that format.

In order to efficiently process .xls and other document types they will be printed in the format they are received by Capitol. Re-sizing and/or information manipulation performed at the client's request.

Printing will reflect the file directory as received by Capitol; however, in order to share the project to multiple systems, several divisions may be required.

A file directory can be provided upon request.
